We are excited to announce the launch of this year’s ‘Getting to Know You’ visits!

These visits are essential for us to keep our records accurate and up to date, allowing us to tailor our services to better meet your needs, and ensure we your aware of the range of ways we can support you and your household. We plan to make this an annual exercise to assess your home’s condition and address any outstanding repairs.

The information we gather about you is crucial, especially if you have any vulnerabilities or disabilities. This enables us to make the necessary adjustments when delivering our services.

During the visit, we will:

  • Help identify any repairs or handyperson tasks we can assist with in your home
  • Offer support and advice for any issues you may be facing to help you sustain your tenancy and enjoy your home, such as rent difficulties or anti-social behaviour
  • Provide assistance with re-housing, home adaptations, employment support, or any other needs you may have
Your Neighbourhood Manager will conduct the visit, update our records, and address any repair needs in your home.
