Indoor Air Quality Monitoring Scheme Terms and Conditions

General terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the GSA Air quality monitoring device loan scheme (also referred to as the “Scheme”). By entering the Scheme, you agree to be bound to the following terms and conditions:
1.  The Scheme will be run by the Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team located at Baseline Business Studios, Whitchurch Rd, London W11 4AT. 2.  The Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team reserves the right to cancel or amend the Scheme and/or rules without prior notice, but we will try our best to avoid doing so. Any changes to the Scheme and its rules will be posted on our website. 3.  In the event of dispute regarding any aspect of the Scheme, the decision of the Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team shall be final, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
Scheme Details
1.  To borrow an air quality monitoring device as part of the Scheme, you must be a resident of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and provide a valid proof of address that is dated no more than 2 months from the date you’d like to borrow the camera. 2.  You may only borrow a device once every year. This is to ensure we give as many residents as possible the opportunity to borrow a device to help assess and monitor air quality in their homes. 3.  You may borrow a device for 1 month (31 calendar days) from the Sustainability Team based in Unit 19, Baseline Studios, Whitchurch Road, London W11 4AT. 4.  By entering the Scheme, you confirm that all information submitted by you is true, complete, and current. If any information you submit is found to be incorrect or incorrectly completed, fraudulent, or if reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached the rules of the Scheme are found, the Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team reserves the right to remove you from the Scheme. 5.  The Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team will not be liable to reimburse any expenses you incur when entering the scheme. 6.  Entering the Scheme does not guarantee that a device is available as this will be dependent on demand and availability of devices. 7.  While you’re borrowing the monitoring device, you are responsible for what happens to it and for ensuring it is returned to the Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team safely, complete with box and accessories/cables, and that no damage was made to the device. 8.  Should you not return the monitoring device on the due date, or should it be returned with damages, we will charge £100.00 to your account. 9.  You will return the device to the Sustainability Team based in Unit 19, Baseline Studios, Whitchurch Road, London W11 4AT.
Any personal data provided you provide will only be used in accordance with the current UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with other third parties without your prior consent.
The Borough’s Data Protection and Privacy Policy found on this website https://www.rbkc.gov.uk/data-protection/data-protection shall apply to any data collected in connection with this Scheme.
