IT Apprentice (Deskside Support Analyst)

Joining Cenergist’s IT department, you will provide a support service across the whole organisation - including offices in the UK, Europe, and India. In this role, you will learn how to provide on-site and desktop support, solving problems related to software, hardware and networks.

Alongside working on the job, you will study for a Level 4 Network Engineer qualification with estio (details provied below)
Key responsibilities 
  • First point of contact for users’ issues with IT (‘tickets’)
  • Day-to-day management and prioritisation of tickets
  • Following procedures to help support and solve user problems
  • Identifying and recommending any improvements to existing procedures
  • Work with external providers to ensure any support requirements are met
  • Provide support to the Group Head of IT
