IT Apprentice (Deskside Support Analyst)
Joining Cenergist’s IT department, you will provide a support service across the whole organisation - including offices in the UK, Europe, and India. In this role, you will learn how to provide on-site and desktop support, solving problems related to software, hardware and networks.
Alongside working on the job, you will study for a Level 4 Network Engineer qualification with estio (details provied below)

Key responsibilities
- First point of contact for users’ issues with IT (‘tickets’)
- Day-to-day management and prioritisation of tickets
- Following procedures to help support and solve user problems
- Identifying and recommending any improvements to existing procedures
- Work with external providers to ensure any support requirements are met
- Provide support to the Group Head of IT
