LancWest Works is an initiative to offer Lancaster West residents living on the estate an opportunity to apply to work with Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team or partners in a paid position.

  • Aged 16 years old and above Looking for employment 
  • Looking for apprenticeship opportunities
  • Looking for 1-2-1 support with CV, interview skills and more 
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.

Now hiring: Lettings Assistant

The primary aim of the Lettings Assistant is to liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure a prompt turnaround of vacant homes. 

You will be responsible for:
  • processing end of tenancy terminations
  • working with colleagues to ensure effective void management processes.
  • Managing decant cases
  • assisting in matching properties for management transfers. 
  • Property matching empty homes for Refurb decant Scheme.
