L'équipe de quartier de Lancaster West est ravie d'avoir pu aider Amina, résidente de Lancaster West, à trouver un emploi à temps plein.
Elle vient de commencer en tant que travailleuse de soutien communautaire avec un partenaire local, le Clement James Centre. Amina faisait partie du programme LancWest Works de LWNT qui a été mis en place pour aider les résidents locaux à trouver des opportunités d'emploi et de formation.
« Je cherchais du travail depuis un moment. Si Khadra ne m'avait pas invitée à la foire, je n'aurais pas découvert l'opportunité chez Clement James », a déclaré Amina.
