What is a Tech MOT? 

A digital inclusion initiative designed to support vulnerable residents with personalised, one-on-one tech assistance. 
It combats digital exclusion by providing tailored in-home and drop-in training sessions. 
The project offers help with: 

• emails
• smartphones
• common household appliances like washing machines, smart meters, and TVs. 

Through this support, the Tech MOT project aims to empower residents, enhance their digital skills, and boost their overall confidence.
