Grenfell Health and Wellbeing are running a series of workshopis this Spring focusing on wellbeing and coping with change or stress.
Session 1 - Ways to manage difficult time: developing resilience

These workshops are free and open to anyone from Kensington and Chelsea, so polease feel free to invite family or friends who live off the estate to come along.
