We’re recruiting!  As we look to scale up our internal refurbishment programme, the Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team is looking for operatives from all trades to join our in-house repairs and refurbishment teams. If you have experience in plumbing, electrical work, painting, plastering, or carpentry – we would like to hear from you.  Operatives will be delivering responsive repairs and refurbishment of homes on the Lancaster West Estate, to help it become a model social housing estate for the 21st century. We are committed to promoting equality, and especially welcome applications from women, disabled, and LGBTQ+ applicants as they are under-represented in these teams. We are also open to part-time working.
