Corporate volunteering on Lancaster West
Do you want to get away from your desk for a day?
LWNT’s corporate volunteer days on Lancaster West Estate are designed to give you the chance to get outside and give something back to the community.
There are benefits to your staff: getting away from their desks and improved mental health, team building with colleagues, knowing they are making a difference to a local community - and contributing to our mission to become a carbon-neutral estate by 2030.
Your contribution also underpins our day-to-day volunteering scheme, supporting local residents to find positive ways to engage in the community, improve their health and wellbeing, combat isolation, and improve confidence and readiness for work. It is also a great way for your workers to get out of the office for a morning, afternoon, or even entire day, get some fresh air, learn some new skills, and put in some hours to benefit the local community.
If would be interested in signing up your company, or would just like some more information, please contact Felicity.Maries@rbkc.gov.uk or call 0800 389 2005.
