You can use the WeAreW11 app to request a repair to your home, your block or on the Lancaster West Estate. It's helpful for our repairs team to have as much detail as possible about the location and type of problem. You can upload photos to show where the problem is located. Once you have logged the repair, our team will prioritise it and get in touch. You can use the app to track the progress of your repair. It's simple and it gets straight through to our team.

Request a repair to your home by clicking 'Tell us now. We aim to complete your repair soon as possible. Emergency repairs will remain our top priority and will continue to be undertaken. If you are self-isolating, in quarantine or showing symptoms of corona-virus, please let us know in advance so that we can take steps to keep you, your neighbour and our staff safe. Examples of emergency repairs : uncontrollable leak, a complete loss of power or repairs required for health and safety of residents. Please call us immediately on 0800 389 2005, our lines are open from 9am-5pm.New urgent and non-urgent repairs will not be scheduled until further notice. However, you can still report these repairs via phone or through our app. We will log all the details and prioritise them as soon as normal services resume. Time stampEmergency repairs – 2 hours, Urgent repairs - 4 hours and 1 working dayNon-urgent - 5 – 20 days.
