Ventilation is essential to improve the health and comfort of residents’ homes, and also key in keeping homes cool in summer and warm in winter. Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems are used to remove stale air and bring in fresh air which can also heat or cool the home. The slideshow below explains how an MVHR system works, and what it and other ventilation systems might look like in your home.
