Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team (LWNT) is seeking a Resident Engagement and Co-Design Assistant to play a vital role in transforming the Lancaster West Estate into a 21st century model of housing excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with residents to gather feedback, share ideas, and co-design improvements to homes and the estate
- Help create clear and effective communications, ensuring all voices in the community are heard, including collecting resident feedback
- Support engagement events, workshops, and consultations across the local community
- Providing robust administrative and operational support for engagement events and programmes, including data support
- Assist in building strong relationships between residents, LWNT, and project partners
