Most residents on Lancaster West Estate today pay for heating as a weekly or quarterly fixed charge. When connected to the renewable heat network, you will pay for the heat you use.
To support you through these changes, we have worked with residents to develop a resident price promise. The price promise will be active from when your home first connects to the heat network and will last until 2030. This will give you time to adjust to the new heating system.
