Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) Apprenticeship

Job purposeBy joining the Cenergist team on Lancaster West Estate, you will support the smooth running of the Heat Network project by building positive relationships between residents and Cenergist. RLOs are a critical part of the team, as achieving excellent customer relationships is key to project success. Alongside your role as an RLO, you will study for a Level 2 and Level 3 NVQ in customer service.
Key responsibilities
  • Manage resident relationships and arrange appointments
  • Maintain clear communication with residents and support them throughout the planned works
  • Oversee the procedure for resident complaints and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Support the Senior Resident Liaison Officer
  • Ensure residents’ data is current and compliant with GDPR
