This week, work is continuing to be carried out refurbishing atriums 8, 9, 10 and 11. Atrium 8, 9 and 10 are having a vapor control layer installed to manage moisture. There are some supply chain delays holding up the works, we are continuing to monitor the situation. Atrium 11's internal scaffold has now been removed, with additional rain sensors awaiting final installation. To minimise disruption, these noisy works will be limited to the hours of 9am-12pm and 2pm-5.30pm. However, general noise, such as hand-held drilling, adjusting scaffolding, and moving materials with pallet trolleys, may be heard throughout the working day (weekdays, 8am-6pm).

The full internal and external refurbishments of Treadgold House are progressing well.
This week, façade works continue on all elevations with mechanical and electrical systems being installed on communal walkways. Ground works are also starting inside the carpark.
