You may be eligible to move into a 21st century home on the estate

Local Lettings Plan

This plan is designed to alleviate overcrowding and provide more suitable housing for residents of the estate. 

To be eligible, you must have been living on the Lancaster West Estate or in Bramley House at the time of the Grenfell Tragedy. 

We are refurbishing all homes for the Local Lettings Plan to a standard fit for the 21st century. 

We are holding Open House events to show this standard. Keep an eye on our Events page for these Open Houses.

How To Apply

Please print the form and answer all the questions which apply to you. Then sign and date the form. 
Finally, you can email a scanned version to housingopportunities@rbkc.gov.uk
