How we manage risk
Managing risk is a key part of delivering the Lancaster West Refurbishment Programme safely and responsibly while works are carried out in and around residents' homes. We identify potential risks early, keep them under regular review and take action to address them before they become more significant issues.
This involves working closely with contractors, consultants, project teams, residents and staff, and focusing on the issues that matter most to residents, including safety, access to homes, disruption, communication, quality of workmanship and support for vulnerable households.
Risks are monitored throughout each project, with significant programme-wide risks escalated where senior oversight is required. This helps ensure that issues are managed promptly and that residents, partners and senior leaders remain informed as the programme progresses.
