32 new social homes have been let on Lancaster West Estate, as the finishing touches to Bomore Road Apartments are completed

The homes are a comparable standard to those refurbished on Lancaster West Estate, and all perform to high level of energy efficiency.

Scaffolding is now complete and the new bio-solar roof for Camelford Court will be installed over the next few weeks

Solar photovoltaic panels will then be installed in 2022, generating thousands of pounds worth of clean, green energy for residents every year.

LWNT’s new in-house cleaning team are cleaning leaves and dirt from the cycle hangars across the estate, making it easier for all to use them and keep your bikes in good condition.

October 2021

We’re using electric leaf blowers and vacuums as well, to ensure air quality is improved compared to using fossil fuelled cleaning tools.
