Thank you to all residents who completed the final detailed designs survey, winter 2023/24.

You gave us your preferences on windows, roof tiles and more! We have collected the results and can now reveal your chosen opinions.

71% of Morland House and Talbot Grove House residents were involved in the Phase 3 engagement. 
That brings total engagement for these blocks over the 3 phases of co-design to 87% overall, with 92% Morland House and Talbot Grove House residents reporting they are supportive of the refurbishment.

Our new furniture restoration and redistribution service aims to save you money and save items from landfill!
We're accepting donations of unwanted or old furniture, fixing them up, and giving them out again - all for FREE.
